In terms of what it's been like working with Guusto, I would say something we've really appreciated is that the admin team gets back to us right away if we have any questions at all about the program, and that, compared to some other vendors is a real differentiator.

Something else that's been really great about the program is that it has enabled us to track and manage recognition in a way that we previously were not doing in a cohesive manner and it has enabled us to do it in a way that also provides us with metrics and also continuous update. Something else that is unique about the platform is that we can see that Guusto is growing and evolving and working to meet our needs.

It's been very cool for us to see what's happened with the high adoption of the Nomination Box... It's really neat, in that we had no idea what to expect, and people find a lot of joy in the program.
