Since rolling out Guusto, Grand & Toy have seen immediate improvements in engagement. Within the first 30 days, the platform generated over 100 Shoutouts Associates loved having the ability to accumulate and combine gifts, making it easier to get what they wanted, when they wanted it.
Not only has the program boosted peer-to-peer and manager recognition, but it has also given Grand & Toy leaders the ability to monitor recognition trends. This visibility has led to a significant increase in manager participation, with over 75% actively engaging in recognition activities.
