No! This is one of things that makes Guusto so great! You only need to load people you want to provide the ability to send shoutouts or gifts, or anyone you’d like to be able to view Team Activity Feed. You don’t need to add people who are just shoutout or gift recipients. This allows you to start small and scale when ready (learn more).
There are 4 ways to fund your account: by email transfer, bank transfer, wire transfer, or credit card (learn more). We only load the net value of funds received, so we recommend bank/email transfers to avoid credit card or wire transfer fees. Note that credit card and wire fees do not apply when paying for subscriptions.
There is no minimum spend on rewards to use the Free tier.
For Essential and Premium subscriptions there is a minimum subscription cost of USD $200/mo for the Essential tier and $500/mo for the Premium tier which is billed annually.
For the Lite tier and up unclaimed gifts are credited back in full. You can set claim periods or cancel manually anytime, saving you upwards of 10-20% a year on your gifting budget!
A sender seat is someone who’s able to send recognition, such as an admin or a manager, or all employees in a peer-to-peer program. A member seat is someone who can recieve automated rewards, appear as recipient options for senders, be included in shoutout draws/leaderboard, and get tracked in all manager insights.
